Dr. Maren Cahill DAOM, L.Ac., FABORM (she/her) is the founder and clinic director of Well Woman Acupuncture. She holds a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) with specialization in women’s health and aging from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) and a Master’s of Science in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College (SWAC), in Boulder, CO, 2006. She is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology (Dipl.OM) and licensed by the state of Colorado. She is also a fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (FABORM). She founded Well Woman Acupuncture in 2006.
Dr. Cahill specializes in women’s health conditions, including fertility, menstrual disorders, pregnancy and postpartum care, but holds a special passion for working with PCOS, menopause and emotional stress/trauma, helping women overcome complex issues that aren’t easily addressed by Western medicine alone. She enjoys teaching on these topics as well, and has served as adjunct doctoral professor at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine and the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She also teaches a 5-hour course titled “PCOS: TCM Approach by Western Phenotype for Increased Clinical Efficacy and Improved Fertility for Healthy Seminars and is a guest lecturer on PCOS for the New Zealand School of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
When not treating patients, Maren spends as much as possible in nature or in her art studio, where she creates mixed media art and watercolor.

Kate Elliot, MSOM, L.Ac. received her Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, CO. After completing an internship in Harbin, China, Kate launched her practice in the Boulder area.
Kate has training in Japanese acupuncture and women’s health and has a great passion for treating menstrual disorders, insomnia, anxiety & trauma, and pain. Alicia Engstrom, L.Ac., MAcCHM, received a Masters of Acupuncture with a concentration in Chinese Herbal Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, Colorado. She completed over 3,000 didactic and clinical hours of study, including specializations in Dr. Tan Balance method, emotional and pain disorders, and sports medicine. Alicia is passionate about women’s health and treating menstrual disorders, PMS, pregnancy and postpartum care, and menopause. Rachel Fisher, L.Ac, MSOM (she/her), holds a Master’s of Science in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, CO, 2004. Rachel is nationally board certified as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (Dipl. OM) by the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) and is licensed in the state of Colorado. She has 15 years experience as an acupuncturist, herbalist and bodyworker.
As a woman, mother, and healer, Rachel is passionate about supporting well-being for women. She knows how challenging women’s health issues can be and is committed to the health and vitality of women throughout all phases of their lives. Dr. Stacy Gentile, DAOM, L.Ac. holds a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) and a Masters of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (MATCM) from Yo San University in Los Angeles, CA, with a specialization in Integrative Reproductive Healthcare. Her previous educational background focused on Neuroscience and Psychology and she approaches treatment through both a neuroendocrine and a Traditional Chinese Medicine lens. She is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology (Dipl.OM) and licensed by the state of Colorado. She has served on the faculty at Yo San University since 2021 and received the DAOM Distinction award for her research and clinical work.
Dr. Gentile enjoys treating both men’s and women’s fertility issues and believes in reproductive care that both meets her patients’ immediate challenges and sets them up for success for the next stages of their journey. She believes that a balanced menstrual cycle leads to optimum fertility and a strong, healthy pregnancy, and that a well-supported postpartum leads to happy, healthy parents and children.
